SUPPORTING POLICY
Our supporting is
done by E-mails.
Except Emergency, we do not accept phone calls and we do not call our customers because of the following reasons:

We never solicit customers by phone calls

It is easier to understand the points of arguments by E-mails than phone calls.

We can keep records easily if it is e-mail.
DOUBLE SUPPORT
Customers can call
us and FCMs at the
same time in case
they need an urgent
support.
Customers can choose us or FCMs for help.

Translation service・・・we do not translate the account opening materials such as trading agreements. However, we do translate the necessary documents such as the proof of present address. |

To answer the questions of customers regarding trading or basic knowledge of FX |
Trading or Order Processing・・・We are not supposed to touch the customers' trading. We never quote prices nor handling orders. |

To help customers solve the disputes with FCMs |
Fund Processing・・・We do not touch the fund of customers. |

Unethical Claim・・・We do help our customers to solve the disputes with FCMs, but it is based on our judgment. If we believe that the customer is not fair, we do not help him even if he is our customer. |
